QA/QC Introduction

We execute strict quality control from material purchasing to whole manufacturing process according to ISO9001 and CCEE safety standards and AQL standard.

Our QC system is comprised of IQC, PQC, FC and FQA, which enables us to have an overall control of product quality:
1) IQC (Incoming Quality Control): raw material inspection
2) PQC (Process Quality Control): inspection conducted in the process of production from SMT to packing to secure quality for each step, and conduct testing in case of failure
3) FQA (Final Quality Audit): inspection on finished-products
4) FC (File Control): connecting and filing the documents from throughout the whole
